I found a great source of this sort of information on the Web at www.buildings.com. December's issue has a great amount of information on the topics you mentioned. Try www.buildings.com/magazine/dec_1999/facility.asp to read an article on "Mastering The Facility" which gives you a six step process to managing a building inside and out, from the presenting it to the owner all the way to taking care of the building's appearance. Also, there is specifically and article entitled "Safe and Sound" which details fire safety, smoking regulations, etc. Hope this helps, and good luck on your interview.

: In the upcoming week I will be interviewing for a position that involves the following:

: -Writing building policies, emergency evacuation (fire drill) policies
: -Parking lot policies, coordinating parking programs, -no smoking policies
: -scheduling shuttle bus service, setting up bus routes
: - working with car leasing agency, Administering the
: leased car policy,
: -coordinating maintenance requests

: Could you please give me some direction as to where I can go to obtain this sort of information.
: I was told that there are standard procedures throughout the industry, but I don't know how to go about getting it.

: I need your help ASAP
