Building Procedures - Generic Rules

In the upcoming week I will be interviewing for a position that involves the following:

-Writing building policies, emergency evacuation (fire drill) policies
-Parking lot policies, coordinating parking programs, -no smoking policies
-scheduling shuttle bus service, setting up bus routes
- working with car leasing agency, Administering the
leased car policy,
-coordinating maintenance requests

Could you please give me some direction as to where I can go to obtain this sort of information.
I was told that there are standard procedures throughout the industry, but I don't know how to go about getting it.

I need your help ASAP
